Instruction
I started diving at the age of 12. After many years of diving and training in the Dutch lakes I became a Diving Instructor in 1994 and Instructor Certifier a few years after that. My training with Global Underwater Explorers (GUE) started in 2001 when I travelled to the USA for a GUE cave course. Nowadays I'm an active wreck and cave diver and member of the EKPP, an European cave exploration team where I'm also responsible for film and photo documentation.
I live in the Netherlands but teach my GUE classes and photo / video workshops also on other locations worldwide. If you are interested in taking a class or workshop and the dates or locations mentioned are not convenient for you, don't hesitate to contact me at JP@GUE.com as we can often arrange dates and locations to suit your availability.

GUE Instruction & Workshops
GUE Fundamentals (4 days)
The GUE Fundamentals course is designed for divers who want to improve their diving skills. The focus for basic skills like proper buoyancy control, trim, propulsion techniques, positioning and team work make every diver gain experience, reduce stress and gain proficiency. Whether you are a recreational diver who wants to sharpen his skills or a technical diver who is preparing for further training, this course will be the way to top-level skills and expand your capacity.
During the winter period, a part of the training is done in Dive-World indoor diving center. The open water dives are planned for Spring 2010. This means an extra day (5 day program)
